If the jewelry is made from our portfolio, without defect/broken pieces
Refund period at buyer's expense: within 14 days for online purchase.
Refund after receipt within 1-2 days.

If the jewelry is made from our portfolio, but with a defect/broken item
Refund period at the company's expense: within 14 days for online purchase.
Refund after receipt within 1-2 days, or production of new jewelry.

Terms of exchange

If the jewelry is made from our portfolio, but it is not suitable for you and you want to exchange it
Exchange period: within 7 days.
Shipping in both directions at the buyer's expense.

If the jewelry is made to individual order: changed color, shape, fixing option, size, etc., it is not possible to return and exchange
Return and exchange is impossible.
