Terms of return
If the jewelry is made from our portfolio, without defect/broken pieces

Refund at the buyer's expense: within 14 days for online purchase. 

Refund after receipt within 1-2 days.

If the jewelry is made from our portfolio, but with a defect/broken item
Refund period at the company's expense: within 14 days for online purchase.

Refund after receipt within 1-2 days, or production of new jewelry.

Terms of exchange
If the jewelry is made from our portfolio, but it is not suitable for you and you want to exchange it
Exchange period: within 7 days. Shipping in both directions at the buyer's expense.

If the jewelry is made to individual order: changed color, shape, fixing option, size, etc.
Return and exchange is impossible.

If the jewelry has been in use, its marketable appearance and consumer properties have not been preserved
