Terms of service

1.1 This User Agreement (hereinafter - the Agreement) applies to the website of the online store "Big Brooch", located at www.big-brooch.com and to all relevant sites associated with the site www.big-brooch.com.

1.2 The website of the Internet store «Big Brooch» (hereinafter — the Site) is the property of individual entrepreneur Zhuravleva Olesya Albertovna.

1.3 This Agreement governs the relationship between the Administration of the site of the online store «Big Brooch» (hereinafter — the Administration of the site) and the User of this Site.

1.4 The Site Administration reserves the right to change, add or delete clauses of this Agreement at any time without notice to the User.

1.5. Continued use of the Site by the User means acceptance of the Agreement and changes made to this Agreement.

1.6. The User is personally responsible for checking this Agreement for changes in it.

2.1 The terms listed below shall have the following meaning for the purposes of this Agreement:

2.1.1 «Big Brooch» — an online store located on the domain name www.big-brooch.com, carrying out its activities through the Internet resource and related services.

2.1.2 The Online Store is a website containing information about the Goods and the Seller, which allows you to select, order and (or) purchase the Goods.

2.1.3. Online Store Site Administration — authorized employees to manage the Site, acting on behalf of the name of the organization.

2.1.4. User of the Website of the Online Store (hereinafter — the User) — a person who has access to the Website via the Internet and uses the Website.

2.1.5 The content of the Website of the Online Store (hereinafter — Content) — protected results of intellectual activity, including texts of literary works, their titles, prefaces, abstracts, articles, illustrations, covers, musical works with or without text, graphic, textual, photographic, derivative, composite and other works, user interfaces, visual interfaces, trademark names, logos, computer programs, databases, as well as the design, structure, selection, coordination, appearance, general style and layout of the Content included in the Website of the Online Store. Content included in the Site and other intellectual property objects all together and/or separately contained on the website of the Online Store.

3.1 The subject of this Agreement is to provide the User of the Online Store with access to the Goods and services contained on the Website.

3.1.1 The Online Store provides the User with the following types of services (services):

- access to electronic viewing of content;

- access to search and navigation tools of the Internet-shop;

- access to information about the Goods and to information about purchasing the Goods on a paid basis;

- other types of services (services) realized on the pages of the Online Store.

3.1.2 All existing (actually functioning) at the moment services (services) of the Online Store, as well as any subsequent modifications thereof and additional services (services) of the Online Store appearing in the future, are subject to this Agreement.

3.2 Access to the Online Store is provided free of charge.

3.3 This Agreement is a public offer. By accessing the Website the User is deemed to have acceded to this Agreement.

3.4 The use of materials and services of the Website is governed by the norms of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
